About Policy Logic
Published by Policy Logic ·
Policy Logic is part of The Logic Suite. It helps business owners turn answers about their work into clear policy drafts, then keep those drafts together with business details and branding.
Practical policies, starting with your business
A business policy is more useful when it reflects the people, activities and arrangements behind it. Policy Logic asks focused questions, assembles an editable draft and keeps missing information visible for review. The current working prototype covers health and safety, environmental, quality, and training and competence.
You can try the builder without an account, save work in your browser and download a backup. An optional account adds private business profiles and cloud workspaces so you can pick up work on another device. A business logo can be included on the draft preview and print/PDF output.
What a draft does and does not mean
The builder uses your answers and structured wording. It does not inspect the business, check that a process exists or record someone’s approval. Adding a name, date or logo does not change that status. Your organisation needs to check the content, resolve gaps and approve the document before use.
Policy Logic does not provide regulatory approval, ISO certification or a guarantee of legal compliance. Where a policy involves specialist requirements, arrange a review by someone with appropriate knowledge of your work and obligations.
How to use the library
The policy library distinguishes the four working builders from planned topics. Planned entries are prompts for thinking about your business documents; they are not available generators. Some entries describe procedures, notices or plans rather than a director-signed policy statement.
About our guides
Policy Logic publishes practical guides to writing, reviewing and managing policy documents. Content is prepared with AI assistance. Where a guide refers to public requirements or guidance, relevant sources are linked so you can check the original material and its scope.
A publication or update date identifies the issue of a guide; it is not a guarantee that every external source remains unchanged. We do not claim a guide has been reviewed by a lawyer, regulator or accredited certification body. References to organisations such as HSE describe the source of guidance and do not imply endorsement.
